My stay at Ms. Nikkis place was nothing short of excellent. As a travel nurse, I recommend this spot to anyone in a similar situation. This house is beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The calm and inviting atmosphere makes unwinding easy after a long shift. The location is safe and ideal just 5 minutes from IBMC Hospital and a short drive to convenience stores, gas stations, coffee shops, and various restaurants. Its also super easy to access major roads and highways, which makes getting around a breeze. Ms. Nikki is a fantastic host! Shes incredibly organized, warm, and welcoming. Whether I needed advice on the area or had a question about the place, she was always just a message or call away, ready to help with anything. I had a truly terrific time at this one-of-a-kind place in OKC, and Im so thankful for the wonderful experience. Eguzkita (Z)

My family of five were very comfortable and had plenty of space to relax in this beautifully decorated home.  We frequently stay in Airbnbs and staying here was our best experience yet.  The host had the home well stocked with all necessities and was very responsible to our needs.  Huey

My husband and I would give this lovely host and beautiful home 10 stars. The host was very pleasant, informative and responsive! We had issues whatsoever. This home had every accommodation that you can think of, plus it was super clean and located near everything we needed. Most importantly we felt safe. We highly recommend this Airbnb. Joyce

This was our first time using furnished finder and we will definitely tell our friends for the future. We stayed here for about 3 1/2 months. Nikki is very kind and and has a beautiful place. It is very welcoming and Nikki is extremely accommodating. We had a couple things that needed fixed and she was on top of it. My husband and son both loved having a desk in the rooms, az my husband works from home and my son is a big gamer. The wifi was fast enough for my son to game and never lost connection. The home is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many places to eat. We also had a few days of snow and ice. Nikki and her son put down salt and shoveled the walkways and driveway to avoid any injuries. We loved it and are very blessed to have met Nikki.  Tommy & Sherry

A classmate and I stayed here for a 2 month clinical rotation. It’s about 5 min from Integris and 10 to St. Anthony’s. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe, especially with security features. Host was friendly, easily accessible, and eager to answer any questions. Would highly recommend. Kaitlyn

Our stay was very peaceful and restful. House felt like a home with the cleanliness of a hotel. We came up from Hawaii for my sonʻs BCT Graduation at Fort Leonard Wood…the house was perfect for our stay! Close to the base, beautiful house-inside and out, very clean, well supplied and Nikki and Beth were quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this unit! Stayed here for my boyfriend’s graduation of the Army! This place was wonderful and the hosts are great! Always quick responses and incredibly friendly! They had everything extremely clean, answered all questions quickly, and were excellent hosts! Will definitely stay again if needed! Christina

This Airbnb was better than the pictures. There were security cameras for our safety. It was very clean. Its in a quiet quaint area. There were a bunch of nice things that we didn’t expect like family games and treats . Our hosts were nonintrusive while still being helpful and attentive. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. It was cleaner, cheaper and had way more space and comfort than any hotel. We were extremely pleased. Naffateria

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Nikki is super kind and very accommodating, also responds to messages promptly. We had issues with our rental car, so we checked in significantly later than we anticipated. Nikki was awake at 2:30am to make sure we were able to check in and gave me a walk through of the house over the phone and guided me through the security system process. My mother in law, sister, daughter, and myself traveled 750 miles from North Carolina to attend my husbands graduation from Fort Leonard wood. We were able to check my husband out from the base for a few hours a day while we were there, and it was a relief to be able to cook together and have a sense of home to spend time together, even though he didn't get to come home after graduation. I couldn't possibly recommend Nikki's house enough. The home is beautiful and very inviting. We instantly felt at home, even while being in a state we've never visited before. AMAZING STAY!! The host and the AirBNB were great. I can’t say enough how perfect of a location this place was for attention the graduations at Fort Leonard Wood. I am typically a very picky person when it come to the cleanliness of a rental and this place was spotless. Having family and friends attending my son’s BCT graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood I wanted to find someplace we could all gather that would feel like home. Mission accomplished! Nonika’s townhouse was wonderful, large, clean, and very comfortable, but most importantly it felt like a home. As an added bonus the townhouse included a security system that was easy to use. Location is perfect! Upstairs: Three large bedrooms, each had desk with chair, dresser, and comfortable beds. You will sleep like a baby. Two full baths with linens that smelled fresh and inviting. And even a laundry room if needed. Downstairs: The kitchen/dining area was ginormous! The kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of goodies and the standard staples, and well-appointed with everything you need to cook for a family. Attached to the kitchen was a dining area with an impressive square table that, although only four chairs, could easily sit six if needed. The best part was how spacious and un-cramped the whole area felt. The Livingroom was comfortable with a large couch, chase, television and plenty of lamp lighting so guests can either sit and read or watch TV and relax. The downstairs also included a half bath for convenience. Nonika herself was a wonderful host. Very helpful and available to contact if we had any needs or questions. It is obvious she understands the concept of hospitality and went out of her way to take care of our every need. I would recommend her and her townhouse to everyone traveling to the Ft. Leonard Wood area. Dasha

Mrs. Nonika townhouse was the business!!! Very clean, nice, and convent to the base. We traveled to Missouri for our sons basic training graduation. The base is less than 20 minutes from Fort Leonard Wood. Anyone traveling to see a family member graduate from there this townhouse is a great place to get some good rest. I would give Mrs. Nonika a 10 STAR, but only can give 5. Idella
